Do agents need a desk phone or a separate SIM?
No. Your agents call from their own phone, through the RealEdge app. Every call logs itself against the right lead. Nothing to remember. Nothing to install on a desk. We only track calls made inside RealEdge. We never touch your agents' personal call history.
What files can I upload?
Excel (.xlsx) and CSV. Multi-sheet files are fine. Messy or missing headers are fine too. RealEdge reads the actual content to find phone numbers, even in unlabelled columns. You check the match before anything imports.
What happens with numbers we already have?
On import, RealEdge checks your file against the leads you already have. So a data sprint never re-dials a live lead.
Do you record the call audio?
No. We log the call, not the audio. RealEdge saves who your agent dialled, when, how long, and the outcome. It attaches that to the lead. We only track calls made inside the RealEdge app. Who sees what follows your team roles. Owners and managers can review any call's log. Agents see their own.
Can we re-run old data that didn't convert the first time?
Yes. Leads that didn't qualify don't get deleted. They go to the Vault. You can start a fresh sprint with them any time. Lead Revival is its own RealEdge tool. Ask us for a walkthrough at the demo.
