What you need first.
A RealEdge admin login
Admins can connect Meta. If you don't see Integrations under Settings, ask your admin.
Admin access to your Facebook Page
Use the Facebook login that runs the Page with your lead ads.
Access to your ad account
The same login must see the ad account that pays for the ads. RealEdge reads your ad results from it.

Open the Meta settings
Log in to RealEdge on a computer. Go to Settings, then Integrations, then Meta (Facebook & Instagram). Open Account & Pixel.

Log in with Facebook
Click Login with Facebook. Pick This is my own ad account. Then click Continue with Facebook.

Allow everything
Facebook shows what RealEdge needs. Keep every item turned on. If you turn one off, your leads may not come in. If Facebook asks which Pages and ad accounts to share, pick every one you run lead ads on.

Pick your ad accounts and Pages
Back in RealEdge, tick your ad accounts and click Next. Turn on the Pages you want leads from and click Next. Then click Confirm.

Your leads start coming in
New leads land in RealEdge seconds after someone sends your form. Each one has the Meta badge, the campaign and the form answers.
Do you use Leads access in Meta? Add RealEdge there too.
Meta lets a business choose who can see its leads. This is called Leads access. If your business turned it on, Meta only shares leads with the people and CRMs you allow. Add RealEdge, or your leads will not come in.

- 2.Go to Integrations, then Leads access.
- 3.Click Assign CRMs. Tick RealEdge, then click Assign.

Meta questions, answered.
Will my old leads come in too?
Yes, from the last 90 days. In Account & Pixel, click Backfill Missing Leadsand pick the dates. Meta keeps leads for 90 days, so older ones can't be fetched.
I run ads for many clients. Can I bring in only one client's leads?
Yes. When you connect, pick I am an agency. Then turn on only that client's forms. Your other forms stay hidden.
Can I stop leads from one form?
Yes. Go to Settings, then Integrations, then Meta, then Lead Forms. Turn off lead sync for that form. Its new leads are skipped. You can still import them later.
My leads stopped coming in. What do I check?
First, check Leads access in Meta (see above). Then look at the Health column in Account & Pixel. If it shows an error, click Login with Facebook again. Do the same if the person who connected changed their Facebook password or left your company.
Can RealEdge tell Meta which leads became deals?
Yes. RealEdge can send your lead stages back to Meta. For example, qualified or deal closed. Meta then shows your ads to more people like your best leads. Ask us and we set it up with you.
How do I disconnect?
In RealEdge, open Account & Pixel. Click the delete button next to the ad account. To remove it on Facebook too, open Facebook Settings, then Business integrations. Remove RealEdge there.
